Overview

We are committed to leading the world plant protection and redefinition. The agriculture spray drone is with supramaximal tank, advanced structure design, super powertrain, striking wingspan. Reinforced airframe, carbon fiber arm and aviation aluminum hardware enable D52 to adapt to various terrain with full payload. It's equipped with an independent dismountable 60kg granule spreading system for seeding and fertilizing. Body size is 3550mm*3550mm*850mm and the maximum weight is 109kg. The medicine barrel can hold 52L being used for  25 minutes, and the maximum flight speed is 10m/s.

 

It can spray 8-16L per minute, and can work 23 hectares per hour. Large spray width of 8-10 meters. It is more practical and reliable to use aviation carbon fiber for brushless water pumps, brushless motors, high-pressure nozzles, and propellers. The battery compartment, arm, and center compartment are made of aviation carbon fiber, which has the characteristics of high strength and light weight. The landing gear is made of aviation aluminum, which reduces the weight when flying and is conducive to prolonging the operation time of the drone. Compared with the material of the same landing gear, aviation aluminum is more resistant to falling and use. V2 is stable and equipped with an efficiency flight control system and specially designed for multi-rotor agriculture UAS with comprehensive flight monitoring and warning function. In the case of calculation failure the system can be re-combined to ensure the safe operation of the system.


To avoid incompatibility issues, we use an integrated remote control embed the Android system into the drone, which can be connected with it through the built-in OTG cable, and come with an APP, which can be directly opened and used. To improve operational efficiency we have manual mode and fully autonomous flight mode. The flight path of the drone is set in advance, and the drone can work according to the set path when the drone is working, which greatly improves the efficiency of the operation. The meter is used to monitor the flow in real time, and the data of the monitored flow is sent to the flight control, and then it transmits the data back to the remote control to the APP, so as to ensure the operation is more accurate. The flow meter monitors the amount of medicine. When the remote control receives the data from the flight control, the flight control indicator light turns yellow, and with the help of the voice broadcast function of the remote control- "no liquid".
