ZOFU Hydroxyethyl cellulose is the most commonly used thickener in latex coatings. In addition to thickening the emulsion coating, it can also play the role of emulsification, dispersion, stability and water retention. It is characterized by remarkable thickening effect, good color development, film formation and storage stability.

ZOFU Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a non-ionic cellulose derivative, which can be used in a wide range of PH. It has good compatibility with other materials in the component (such as pigments, additives, fillers and salts).

 

The coatings thickened with ZOFU hydroxyethyl cellulose have good rheological properties and pseudoplasticity at various shear rates. Brush coating, roller coating, spraying and other construction methods can be adopted. Good constructability, not easy to drip, sagging and splash, and good leveling.
